Rafel and Maria Àngels asked us for a house between party walls, in the historic center of Calafell. It is a plot with a facade of 4.80 meters and a depth of 16, typical in old town houses.
The challenge was to get a house with a lot of natural light, despite the proportion of the facade. So we decided to create an interior patio. A continuous entry of light on the three floors of the house that allowed us to play much more with the versatility of the space.
