Casa Lídia

Juan and Lídia asked us a home next to a front plot in Calafell. The location was idyllic: on the rambla that connects the village with the beach, close to all services and with big tranquility. But on a pedestrian street. So the objective was clear: keep the privacity of the home achieving with the zone urban regulations. That is why we chose to move the home entrance to a lateral and create a blind fachade. Indoors, a great metallic staircase articulates the home route to create a whole space to share with family.
